- Physical Artworks: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
2.2. Condition of Returned Items
- Artworks must be returned in their original condition, without damage or alteration.
- Items must include all original packaging and documentation.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or commissioned artworks are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
4.1. Reporting Damages
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@studioseni.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Detailed description of the damage or defect
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
4.2. Resolution
We will offer the following options for damaged or defective items:
- Replacement of the artwork
- Full refund
5. Return Process
5.1. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@studioseni.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
5.2. Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
